Welcome to Sakura App Studio. By downloading, accessing, or using our apps — including AnswerNotebook AI, Nihongo Journey, Korean Journey, and Helixia — you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Using our apps
- Our apps provide AI-assisted and interactive learning tools for educational and personal use.
- You agree to use them lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to break our services.
- Upload only content you have the right to use.
- Do not submit harmful, illegal, or abusive content.
2. AI-generated content
- AI outputs can sometimes be incomplete or incorrect — always review answers before relying on them or submitting them academically.
- OCR and recognition quality depend on the clarity of your uploads.
- You are responsible for how you use generated content.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
4. Subscriptions & billing
- Premium features unlock based on an active subscription. AnswerNotebook AI offers three plans — 3 months (₹160), 6 months (₹250) and 12 months (₹300); all unlock the same Premium features. Prices are in INR and may change with notice.
- When you subscribe you choose your payment method — Google Play or Razorpay — on the payment screen (Google's User Choice Billing). Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase to the method you selected.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Google Play purchases are managed and cancelled in Google Play → Subscriptions.
- Razorpay purchases auto-renew via your UPI/card mandate and can be cancelled in-app (Premium → Cancel subscription) or by emailing support.
- Premium access remains active until the end of the current billing cycle. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not delete your data.
4a. Refund policy
- Google Play refunds are handled by Google under Google Play's policy.
- Razorpay refunds are handled by us — email answernotebook.ai@gmail.com with your payment details and we will respond within 5 business days. Where a Razorpay payment is refunded, the corresponding record is also reconciled with Google Play.
5. Service availability
Export, sync, and online features depend on network and third-party platform services. We work to keep our apps reliable but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
6. Intellectual property
Sakura App Studio apps, branding, and original content are our property. Content you create or upload remains yours; you grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service for you.
7. Limitation of liability
Our apps are provided on an "as is" basis for educational use. To the extent permitted by law, Sakura App Studio is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the apps.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as our apps evolve. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
