1. Using our apps

- You agree to use them lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to break our services.
- Upload only content you have the right to use.
- Do not submit harmful, illegal, or abusive content.
2. AI-generated content
- AI outputs can sometimes be incomplete or incorrect — always review answers before relying on them or submitting them academically.
- OCR and recognition quality depend on the clarity of your uploads.
- You are responsible for how you use generated content.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
4. Subscriptions & billing
- Premium features unlock based on an active subscription.
- Billing, renewals, and refunds are handled according to Google Play policies.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Google Play account.
5. Service availability
Export, sync, and online features depend on network and third-party platform services. We work to keep our apps reliable but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
6. Intellectual property
Sakura App Studio apps, branding, and original content are our property. Content you create or upload remains yours; you grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service for you.
7. Limitation of liability
Our apps are provided on an "as is" basis for educational use. To the extent permitted by law, Sakura App Studio is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the apps.
